Laser characteristics of a 975 µm long (GaIn)As/Ga(AsSb)/(GaIn)As double “W”-QWH laser at temperatures between 10 °C and 100 °C. All optical output pulse power values presented in this graph are single facet values. Laser emission is based on the fundamental type-II transition up to a setup-limited temperature of 100 °C.
