Pri-mul-miR482a and mul-miR482a-5p abundance were detected by RT-qPCR, and relative abundance was evaluated using comparative Ct method using actin (Accession No. DQ785808) and U6 as the reference, respectively. Values are given as the mean ± SD of three experiments in each group.
