Mean density (HU) in different levels of thrombosis (y-axis). Mean density was: no signs of thrombosis: 296.43 (STD 197,8); device limited thrombosis: 377.30 (STD 112.3); incomplete LAA thrombosis: 185,98 (STD 161.61); complete thrombosis: 57.94 (STD 37.33). Post-hoc test (Games-Howell) revealed a significant difference between device limited thrombosis compared to incomplete LAA thrombosis (191.33, 95%-CI [6.18 –, 376.47]; p = 0.042) and complete thrombosis (319.36; 95%-CI [173.00 –, 465.72]; p = 0.001).
