(a) Western blot analysis of GGA2 and EGFR expressions in non-tumor (Non T; 4 cases) and tumor regions of HCCs (10 cases). Asterisks indicate bands for EGFR. Histological grade is shown for each case (see Supplementary Table S1 for more detail). Uncropped blots are presented in Supplementary Fig. 7. (b) Ratios of GGA2 to GAPDH were calculated and normalized to that of case #1. Statistical analysis was performed using Mann-Whitney U-test; *P < 0.05.
