Blot depicting the effect of knockdown of PLK1 expression along with non-specific (NS) siRNA in HEK293 cells. siRNA concentrations tried were 25 nM and 50 nM and the effect of silencing was determined at 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours, respectively.
