Transduction of the EGFP gene into human glioblastoma U87 cells by JCPyV VLPs. U87-MG cells were transduced with control VLPs or with gfp-VLPs. The expression of green fluorescent protein in the transduced cells was visualized with a fluorescence microscope at 72 h post-transduction. Scale bar = 100 μm.
