Assessment of cytotoxicity of tk-VLPs combined with GCV on U87 cells post-transduction. U87-MG cells were treated with PBS/PBS, PBS/GCV, control VLP/PBS, tk-VLP/PBS, control VLP/GCV, or the tk-VLP/GCV combination, and the viability of the cells was determined by the CCK-8 assay 72 h after treatment.
