Inhibition of human glioblastoma tumor growth by tail vein–injected tk-VLPs combined with GCV treatment in a subcutaneous xenograft model. Tail vein-injected tk-VLPs, intraperitoneally injected GCV, or combined tk-VLPs/GCV were administered to nude mice bearing subcutaneous U87 human glioblastoma tumors.
