  1. Note: Condition had a value of 1 for VR + CR and a value of 0 for the VR + CG condition. A 1 unit change in Time reflected change over the entire study period of 12 months. The Training Hours variable was divided by 10 for meaningful coefficient interpretation (a 1 unit change per 10 hours of training), and mean-centered to retain an interpretable intercept value.
