The insets present three positions showing the features of the deposited p-type a-Si:H. (EDX 1) the scribed area of FTO with less SiNWs. (EDX 2) Many SiNWs caused by growing on residual FTO between two separated laser pulses. (EDX 3) The deposited p-type a-Si:H on the top of FTO.
