The influences of miR-429 and CRKL on c-Jun pathway in HepG2 cells. WB detected the protein expression level of c-Jun, p-c-Jun (73), p-c-Jun (243), JNK, p-JNK in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-429 mimic, miR-429 inhibitor, shCRKL or PCDH-CRKL. qRT-PCR also detected the mRNA expression level of c-Jun in HepG2 cells transfected with miR-429 mimic, miR-429 inhibitor, shCRKL or PCDH-CRKL. *,**, *** and **** refer to the level changes were in statistical significances with P < 0.05, 0.01, 0.001 and 0.0001, respectively, ns refers to no statistical difference.
