The miR-429 expression is inversely correlated with CRKL protein expression. (A) WB measured the protein expression level of CRKL in 12 pairs HCC and coprresponding non-tumor liver tissues. ACTB was used as the internal reference. (B) qRT-PCR detected miR-429 expression level in 12 pairs HCC and coprresponding non-tumor liver tissues using U6 as internal reference. (C) An inverse relationship between miR-429 expression and CRKL protein level was suggested in HCC tissues. R2 = 0.5905 with a significant P = 0.00035 by Spearman correlation.
