Expression analysis of MtNRLK1 and MtSUNN during a wild-type nodulation kinetic. MtNRLK1 (A) and MtSUNN (B) expression was analyzed by real-time RT-PCR in susceptible zones of Non-Inoculated roots (NI) or in nodulated roots at 4, 6, 8, and 10 days post-inoculation with S. meliloti (dpi). The relative expression of the genes of interest was normalized against the 40S Ribosomal S8 Protein (TC100533, M. truncatula Gene Index version 8) reference gene. Two biological replicates are averaged and error bars represent Standard Deviation (SD).
