From: miR-539 acts as a tumor suppressor by targeting epidermal growth factor receptor in breast cancer
Over-expression of miR-539 suppresses the proliferation of breast cancer cells. Cell proliferation was determined by the MTT assay after transfection with miR-539 mimics or the mimic control. MTT: 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide. *P < 0.05.
