NMDS ordination for 97% OTU data of all samples using Bray-Curtis distance. The similarities of microbiome assemblages at species level among host type, sampling locations, and corresponding seawater were compared appropriately. CB, LI, LHT, SB, DI, Ga, Mo, and SW indicate Crescent Bay, Lamma Island, Luhuitou, Sunny Bay, Drummond Island, Galaxea, Montipora, and seawater, respectively.
