Genetic relationships among the ostrich and other H9N2 strains. Phylogenetic trees of HA (A), NA (B), PB2 (C), PB1(D), PA (E), NP (F), M (G) and NS (H) genes of H9N2 viruses was constructed by MEGA using neighbor-joining method. The ostrich H9N2 isolates and identified cluster are highlighted in colors. Supporting bootstrap values of greater than 75 are shown.
