EpoB promotes the recovery of corneal sensitivity. Mouse corneas were scraped with a golf-club-like scraper. At 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 days after abrasion, the corneal sensitivity levels were measured by a Cochet-Bonnet esthesiometer and compared among the EpoB, vehicle, and normal groups. The results are presented as the mean ± SD. A factorial design ANOVA was performed to analyze the overall differences between the two groups, and Student’s t-test was used to compare the differences between the groups by time point. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01; n = 6 corneas/group.
