Selectivity assays on PAGE. DNA samples were prepared in a 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, Loaded on a 5% stacking and 12% separating polyacrylamide gel. The gels were stained with (A) SYBR Gold, (B) 20 μM ThT-E, and visualized on a ZF-90 UV viewing cabinet.
