  1. Normalized intensity is expressed as mean ± SEM. N = 4 sections from 4 eyes in each group. After 2 weeks, Sham and ICP elevation eyes were assessed with antibody to HIF-1α and the mean normalized staining intensity compared with a t-test. The only statistically significant difference detected in any retinal layer was in the GCL (bold, p = 0.042).
