  1. Subgroup of BMI: 1, Underweight (BMI < 18.5); 2, Normal (18.5  BMI < 25); 3, Overweight (BMI  25). β values for SNP in serum urate were calculated by linear regression adjusted age and gender. P values for SNP in serum urate were calculated by deviance analysis for linear regression adjusted age and gender. P values for pathway were calculated by Simes test. PFDR values for SNPs and pathways were multiple corrected by FDR method.
