Differential gene expression of select genes after 24-hour 250 µM hydrogen peroxide challenge. Significant changes in gene expression are denoted with *(p < 0.05) or **(p < 0.005). Normal fibroblasts demonstrate minimal response in selected gene panel with significant increase only in CXCL12 gene expression. IPF-F respond with significant increases in all but one gene (SFRP1). Fold changes, delta CTs, and p-values are reported in Table S10 as well as graphical plots of the delta CTs for each gene.
