  1. The subcellular distribution of different mutants and WT A3Hs was estimated based on the Western blot results of cell fractionation. The cell fractionation results showed that the distribution of the α-tubulin was detected in the cytosol and the histones in the nuclear fraction on the Western blots (Fig. 4B, and Supplementary Figure S6), indicating a clean separation of cytosol and nuclear fractions. S.D. was estimated from data collected in two to three independent experiments.
