Relative comparison of expression of chaperonin protein complex GroEL/GroES between samples. Results are from experiments performed in duplicate - three strains of each carbapenemase-type (IMP, KPC or NDM) were analysed under each condition (growing with No Ab, MEM or CIP). E. coli ATCC 25922 was included as a control. Results are mean ± SD.
