Mouse PEMs (AE) or human macrophages (FJ) pulsed with C. albicans yeast (1 × 105) for 3 days in the absence or presence of CoCl2 (200 µM), 2-ME (2 µM), or 2-DG (1 mmol/L). (A and E) The HIF1α mRNA expression of macrophages was determined with qPCR. (B and F) The TNFα concentration of supernatants was determined. (C and G) The CFU was evaluated. (D and H) The Glut1 mRNA expression was determined with qPCR. Data are presented as the means ± SD (n = 3–4).
