Fluorescence signals as a function of time to study the RNase A resistance of a DNA/RNA hybrid: (a) in the presence of three equivalents of cationic oligosaccharides. (b) In the presence of various equivalent of ODGGal3. The base sequence and modifications are as follows; (cagt)3/FAM-(ACUG)3-Dabcyl. The hybrid was treated with 0.5 μg/mL of RNase A at 30 °C, pH = 7.3. The initial concentration of the hybrid was 100 nM in a Tris-HCl buffer containing 100 mM NaCl.
