FSF suppressed leukocyte infiltration in TDM-induced lung granulomas inflammation. The leukocyte subsets in lung granulomas after treatment of FSF were evaluated by flow cytometry. Single-cell suspensions were prepared from lung tissues as described in materials and methods. The neutrophils (CD11b+ Ly6G+) (a and c), macrophages (CD11b + Ly6G−) (a and b), eosinophils (CCR3 + CD16/32−) (d and e) were presented in dot plots and bar charts. The bar charts represent quantitative measurement of positively stained cells. Data are representative of three independent experiments and expressed as average ± SEM (n = 3). ns, P > 0.05; *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 vs. TDM stimulation group.
