Elution profiles of NPM1 monomer and oligomers expressed in cells. 293T cells were transfected with expression vector for G196-NPM1 (WT) or G196-NPM1 (LG). (A) The Triton X-100 soluble lysates were used for immunoprecipitation with anti-G196 antibody. G196-NPM1 and extracted RNA were detected by immunoblot and ethidium bromide staining, respectively.
