Conditionally reprogrammed cells maintain the intra-tumor heterogeneity of the primary tumor. Mutant-allele tumor heterogeneity (MATH) scoring for primary tumor (red circle) and the corresponding tumor conditionally reprgrammed (CR cells, blue circle) excluding SNVs in corresponding normal samples show a high degree of overlap.
