The comparative SNPs analysis of zokors with respect to the SNPs frequencies in Tibetan yaks (~3500 m), sheep (~2300–3500 m), goats (~3000 m), and pigs (~3000–4000 m). We observed that in zokors, the average SNP was higher at the H altitudes for G −> A, A −> G, T −> C, C −> T, G −> C, comparing the data with altitudes.
