The sequences alignment of NSP2. Three discontinuous amino acid deletions (323–433, 482, and 506–524) in NSP2 of SDlz1601 and SDYG1606 and a 793–801 aa deletion in SDYG1606. Two NADC30-like PRRSVs (JL580 and HNyc15) and other representative PRRSVs including NADC30 (JN654459), JXA1 (EF112445), HUN4 (EF635006), VR2332 (U87392), and CH-1a (AY032626) were included in the analysis.
