From: Unexpectedly high piezoelectricity of Sm-doped lead zirconate titanate in the Curie point region
Multiple profile fits for the Sm-doped PZT 50:50 at 332 °C. The best fit is obtained by using three symmetric peaks to represent a phase coexistence of tetragonal and pseudo-cubic. The shaded gray region highlights where a distinct shoulder is present on the left-hand side of the tetragonal 200 reflection. The Rp and Rwp values are calculated from the 2θ range within the gray shaded box.
