Mice received 0.1 ml of 25% CCl4 dissolved in olive oil by repeated intraperitoneal injection twice a week for up to 10 weeks

Mice were administrated with TSA (1 mg/kg, 30 μl, began at week 1 for concurrent intervention) by intraperitoneal injection after CCl4 injection

CCl4 plus TSA-late group

Mice were administrated with TSA (1 mg/kg, 30 μl, began at week 6 for late intervention) by intraperitoneal injection after CCl4 injection
