Below this are shown the siRNA sequences of gFA11 and its variants, Mut1 and Mut2, with the variant sequences of Mut1 and Mut2 in bold. Note that in both variants a C/G base-pair is changed to a G/C base-pair, which leaves the pair-bonding dynamics unchanged but would be expected to affect the target profile.
