mVSMCs from Ucma/GRP−/− mice show increased calcification. Cells from Ucma/GRP−/− mice and WT counterparts were incubated with growth medium (CM) or osteogenic medium (OM) containing 2.6 mM phosphate. (A) Quantification of calcification over a 15 day period.
