The network structure derives from Cytoscape following the application of the Organic layout. (B) Myocardial infarction PPI network following MTGO algorithm. Circular modules shown in panel (B) correspond to topological modules obtained by MTGO (Supplementary Table S3), each one is tagged with the corresponding GO term.
