Impact of Bt Protein on Dry Weight. Dry weight per larva (mg) of Brookings-ND (a–d) with exposure to Bt proteins on proprietary and WCRMO-1 diets, and dry weight per larva of Brookings-ND and selected colonies (e–h) with exposure to Bt proteins on the WCRMO-1 diet. Dry weight per larva was calculated as the dry weight of larvae recovered following exposure to Bt protein(s) divided by the initial number infested. Bars represent the standard error of the mean (SEM).
