Color of circles indicate levels of statistical significance, with darker red reflecting smaller p-values and lighter colors down to white reflecting larger p-values. Circle size is meant to reflect pathway impact values as determined by pathway topology analysis. Larger circles indicate a more highly impacted metabolic pathway and smaller circles indicated a less impacted pathway.
