(c) Kerr rotation of Ta(4)/CoFeB(1.4)/Hf(0.5)/MgO(2) as a function of the angle between polarization directions of polarizer and analyzer. The solid line is the fit of data to \(2{K}_{r}\,\sin \,2\theta /({\cos }^{2}\theta +\gamma )\) with K r  = 8 × 10−4 rad and γ = 4.2 × 10−3.
