  1. Peak 1 and peak 2 were lysed in 6 M urea and subjected to peptide mapping. The top 50 proteins reported to be found in exosomes on exocarta32 were then used to determine whether the majority of EV proteins resided in peak 1 or in peak 2 n = 3. ANOVA calculated by Waters progenesis software. Proteins with a p value of 0.05 or less were included in this subsequent analysis.
