IL23 protein expression in patient tumor specimens. Immunohistochemistry of IL23 from tumors in patients with short-term survivors (A) were more likely to have low IL23 expression compared to long-term survivors which had higher IL23 expression (B, OR = 0.48, P = 0.019). Quantification of IL23 from patients in panel A and B. Tumors from long-term survivors were more likely to highly express IL23 (C, P = 0.010).
