Effects of the acute administration of PCC0104005 on MK-801-treated rats in the MWM test. Rats were administered vehicle alone (0.5% methylcellulose, 1 ml/kg), PCC0104005 (1.5, 3.0, or 6.0 mg/kg), aripiprazole (Ari, 1.5 mg/kg, i.g.) or risperidone (Ris, 0.2 mg/kg) 1 hour before the experiment. Then, all animals were intraperitoneal injections of 0.9% saline or MK-801 (0.2 mg/kg, i.p.) 30 minutes before the test. (A) Effects of different drugs on the escape latency of rats.
