The effect of PCC0104005 on catalepsy duration in mice. Mice were administered an oral dose of vehicle alone (0.5% methylcellulose in water, 1 ml/kg) or PCC0104005 (2.0, 4.0, or 8.0 mg/kg), aripiprazole (2.0 mg/kg) or risperidone (Ris, 0.25 mg/kg)1 h before the test. The longest duration of catalepsy in each mouse was recorded. Results are presented as mean ± S.E.M. (n = 8). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 drug delivery groups vs. the control group.
