Synteny analyses of T1R3 genes. The adjacent genes of T1R3 were partially conserved. The solute carrier family 45 member 1 (SLC45A1), prothymosin alpha-like (ProT α), coiled-coil domain containing 114 (CCDC114) genes located upstream of T1R3 in most fishes. The ERBB receptor feedback inhibitor 1 (ERRFI1) was always next to the T1R3 gene in fish. Mitochondrial ribosomal protein S16 (MRPS16) and paired box 7a (PAX7a) genes are frequently downstream of fish T1R3.
