Co-localization test between resistance-implicated genes and SLB and NLB resistance-related unique QTLs. Co-localization is demonstrated as the difference between the observed (red bars) and expected (blue bars) proportions of resistance-implicated genes within QTL regions for SLB or NLB resistance. The expected proportion was derived from a number of randomly selected genes equal to the number of the observed resistance-implicated genes. The random process was replicated 1000 times. The standard errors were used for statistical tests and are displayed for the corresponding expectations.
