Distribution of GFP-positive cells in the brain following the intrathecal delivery of the AAV2/9-CBA-Cre-GFP virus. A few neurons expressing Cre-GFP 6 weeks after the intrathecal injection of the AAV2/9-CBA-Cre-GFP virus can be observed in various regions.
