The overall luminal microbiota structures of Shaoxing ducks under different rearing conditions showed by Principal Coordinate Analysis of Weighted UniFrac Distances of RLF and RPMF ducks. Red and blue colors represent the RLF and RPMF duck samples, respectively. The significant separation between the 2 rearing conditions were observed in the duodenum (a), the ileum, (b), and the cecum (c).
