  1. Women with maternal physiological (MPH, TC < 280 mg/dL) or supraphysiological hypercholesterolemia (MSPH, TC ≥ 280 mg/dL) at delivery were included (see Methods). Weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and lipid profiles were determined at delivery. OGTT, oral glucose tolerance test.
