Effects of siRNA knockdown of 51 gene targets of miR-217 or miR-181b-5p mimics on the docetaxel or cabazitaxel sensitivity of PC3 cells. Cells were treated with 10 nM docetaxel or 5 nM cabazitaxel after siRNA transfection.
