Nanostructures on a flat substrate obtained using the dry etching method: (a) high-magnification SEM image of nanostructures on the surface and (b) side view of the nanostructures on the surface. Figure 8 shows the top and side view of nanostructures on a flat substrate, obtained using the dry etching method, with a height of approximately 1 μm. This sample has the densest nanostructure among the No. 1~No. 6 samples.
