  1. IC50 values (µM) of three CRC cell lines (HT-29, HCT116, and SW480) after treatment with RS-PP-050 for 24, 48, and 72 h. Cell viability was assessed with MTT assay. IC50 value is the concentration that inhibits 50% of cell proliferation. Each value represents as mean ± SEM compared to vehicle control from three independent experiments repeated in triplicates.
